Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wageso, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. Your license to the app is subject to your prior acceptance of these terms.

Service Description

Wageso is a privacy-first financial tracking application that helps you monitor your income, expenses, and assets. Our service includes:

  • End-to-end encryption for all your financial data
  • Secure cross-device synchronization
  • Zero-knowledge architecture - we cannot access your data

Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Wageso on any Apple-branded or Android products that you own or control. The terms of this agreement will govern any content, materials, or services accessible from or purchased within the application, as well as upgrades that replace or supplement the original application. You may not:

  • Distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
  • Transfer, redistribute or sublicense the application
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the application

Subscriptions and Payments

Wageso offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features:

  • Monthly subscription - billed every month
  • Yearly subscription - billed annually at a discounted rate

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then. Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process refunds for subscriptions purchased through these platforms.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change pricing, we will provide notice of the change through the app before the change takes effect. Price changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods and will not affect the current billing cycle.

Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the application. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. All data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we protect your information through end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture.

Software Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of Wageso from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed to ensure security and functionality. The terms of this agreement will govern any such updates unless accompanied by separate terms.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. You may stop using Wageso at any time by uninstalling the application and canceling any active subscriptions.

No Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Turkish law. If you are a citizen of a European Union country, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the application or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
