What this setting helps with
Some payments may move in real life when they fall on a weekend or public holiday. If you track salary, rent, loans, credit card payments, or bills, calendar settings help Wageso interpret those records more usefully.
This is most useful for:
- Recurring payments.
- Payment reminders.
- Month-end forecasts.
- Plans that depend on business days.
Choose your weekend days
Weekend schedules are not the same for everyone. Open Holidays in Settings and select the days that count as weekend for you.
This helps Wageso interpret planned entries and reminders around your calendar.
Enable public holidays
If public holidays affect payment timing for you, enable holidays and choose a country. If they do not matter for your tracking, you can keep this off.
Open Holidays
Go to Holidays from Settings.
Select weekend days
Choose the days that are non-working or special for your payment planning.
Enable public holidays if needed
Choose a country so public holidays can be included in your planning.
Be careful with important payments
Wageso helps with planning and tracking; it does not replace your bank or provider’s official due date. For critical payments, always confirm the real deadline with the relevant provider.
If a payment lands somewhere unexpected, check the entry date, repeat rule, reminder settings, and Month start day together.
